During adverse weather conditions we will do our utmost to ensure your goods get to you on time, you will be advised of any delays due to adverse weather.
If you are paying via American Express we can only deliver to the card holders address. We will contact you in the event of an order being placed to a different address to advise of these terms.

is proud to offer free standard delivery on orders exceeding £100.00 (inc. VAT) to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland.
Orders under £100.00 (inc. VAT) are subject to a delivery charge of £5.99 (inc. VAT).
We deliver to the whole of the United Kingdom
For orders to Northern Ireland and all UK Islands (including Isle of Man & Isle of Wight etc.,) An estimated delivery charge will be between £10 to a maximum of £50 for pallet deliveries. We will contact you with the exact cost of delivery to your area. Please be assured your card will not be debited until you have agreed the charge.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver any countries outside of United Kingdom.
Please note: If you choose to purchase a product for forward delivery to an address outside our delivery area; should the item require any kind of repair or replacement, we can only collect the product from an UK address.

Iitems in stock are normally despatched within 24 hours on a 1-3 day carrier service. Out of stock items are typically available within 7 working days, our customer service department will contact you if we foresee any delays beyond this, with the option to cancel or change your order. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is despatched, this e-mail will include your order consignment number and carrier contact details. Please note we can not be held responsible for any orders delayed in the carrier service as this is simply beyond our control. All orders need to be signed for and cannot be left without a signature. Deliveries are sometimes sent direct from the manufacturer / UK importer.
If parcels are damaged or items are missing you should either refuse the delivery completely or sign for the parcels as being 'DAMAGED' If the number of parcels do not match or correspond to the consignment note, this must be stated as 'SHORT DELIVERY' It is your responsibility to ensure that the actions above are followed BEFORE SIGNING. Mistakes cannot be rectified once the number of packages has been signed for. All carrier related damages and discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 working days. We will not be responsible for any carrier-related damage or loss reported outside of this 2-day period.
Cancellation / Returns
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the order in writing by fax, letter or e-mail within 14 working days after the day on which the goods are received. Without giving a reason and the full price and delivery charge will be refunded.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product. The product should be returned as soon as reasonably practicable. Should you fail to do so, we are entitled to charge you for the costs of recovery of the goods. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.
If on return of any product during the cancellation period it is not received in a reasonable condition this may allow us to make a claim for breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods.
All returned products of this nature are photographed on arrival at our goods in department.
Goods must be in an unused and re-saleable condition.
Refunds Where a product is returned under the cancellation provisions above we will refund the cost of the product and any order/delivery charges incurred in delivering the product to you within 30 days of receiving notice of cancellation.
Faulty Products If the product you purchase is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described, we will offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate and in accordance with your legal rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). Any such products can be returned to us free of charge.
We will not be liable to you, whether arising as a result of breach of contract or in tort or otherwise for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising as a result of any problem in relation to the goods, although this does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
