Powerful SIP diesel heaters are ideal for heating factories, warehouses, garages and workshops. Extra thick stainless steel for prolonged life. The stainless steel combustion chamber and casing eliminates rusting and the heavy-duty construction means reliable, long-term use. Features also include external fuel filter, composite plastic fuel tank, automatic operation and flame cut-out and timed post ventilation to cool the combustion chamber. The new SIP range have a unique design and are among the most reliable heaters on the market. Made in Italy.

1. Electrode - Fuel Nozzle : Snap on deflector allows immediate access to fuel nozzles and electrodes.

2. Burner - Designed to ensure a perfect air-fuel mixture, resulting in an almost total combustion, with a CO level of O ppm.

3. Fan - Danfloss Fuel Pump - To enhance performance of the fan a shroud unit has been added to provide a ducted fan.

4. Combustion Chamber - Manufactured from AISI 430 stainless steel with aluminised steel heat exchangers for better cooling.

5. Fuel Tank - Tough hydrocarbon resistant polythene construction containing special additives for use in particularly cold environments.

6. Control Panel - Tough flame proof plastic, built into fuel tank to ensure no infiltration of water/dust.

What Btu output heater do I need to heat my area?

Answer :
Calculating what Btu output heater you need to heat your area is quite simple.

Measure the 3 dimensions of the area you need to heat in feet , the length, width and ceiling height at the highest point.

Then multiply the length x width x height and you have the cubic measurement of the area.

Simply multiply this figure by 5 and you now have the Btu output needed to heat the area.

Example :

Area 58ft L x 34ft W x 18ft H = 35,496³ ft (cubic feet)

35,496 x 5 = 177,480 Btu
