Within your email please include as much information as possible with regards to your query; such as model numbers and pictures. Include your phone number – if necessary, we will call you to save you holding. Emails will receive a timely response, this helps us manage our time and keep our prices low.

• If you are chasing an order confirmation, please check your junk / spam box within your emails before emailing us as sometimes the confirmations land in junk. 
• Chasing delivery, we are working hard to get items out as quickly as possible. If your item showed as 'in stock' the item will leave per the timings on the website.  If the item was showing 1-3 days please allow 3 working days for the order to arrive before emailing our team.

Returns

HOW DO I RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM?

Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.  Returns outside of this time must be discussed and agreed with [email protected] items must be returned in re saleable condition.  

Please contact [email protected] with your order number and the details of the item you wish to return and the reason.  Our team will contact you back with return instructions.

CAN I RETURN TO STORE

Yes! Our Buxton showroom is open to the public for counter service, simply bring the items into our showroom and the counter staff will be able to process the return for you.
