Within your email please include as much information as possible with regards to your query, such as model numbers and pictures. Also include your phone number – where necessary we will call you. We are on top of our emails and you should receive a swift response. This helps us manage our time and keep our prices low.

  • Chasing delivery, we are working hard to get items out as quickly as possible.  Next day delivery has become an option again on many instock items, items on route to us will show a 4-6 day delivery lead time, If we expect to fall out side of this we will contact you. (Please note some suppiers are still running behind their usual time scales) You will get an email from us the day that your order leaves us, then the following working day you will receive an email from the couriers with details of your delivery.

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by World of Power.co.uk Limited trading as Sipuk.co.uk ("we" and "us") to the customer ("you")

Purchasers are required to be 18 or over and accept our full terms, conditions & disclaimer before products are dispatched.

Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE): 

Every care is taken by World of Power.co.uk Limited to ensure that all information on their website is present and correct - sometimes there may still be errors on this website. If you find an error or omission, please let us know, and we will correct is as soon as possible after verification. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused due to any errors or omissions present.

Price and Payment

We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods we supply to you before delivery unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.

VAT @ 20% is already included in prices shown.

Supply of Free of charge Products

Where possible we supply free of charge products as per the description on our website, we reserve the right to supply an alternative product of the same quality and value if necessary.

**Please note free of charge products advertised on our web sites only apply to online orders, click and collect and retail showroom orders.


Satisfactory delivery is a crucial part of the service offered by World of Power.co.uk Limited (SIPuk.co.uk), and we aim to provide an efficient, professional and punctual delivery schedule for all our products. Due to the nature of the equipment we provide, we're committed to providing a safe courier service to get the goods you need in perfect condition.

During adverse weather conditions we will do our utmost to ensure your goods get to you on time, you will be advised of any delays due to adverse weather.

Please Note
If you are paying via American Express we can only deliver to the card holders address. We will contact you in the event of an order being placed to a different address to advise of these terms.

Standard delivery is Monday-Friday, Saturday delivery is available at a premium, if Saturday delivery is available this option will be displayed within the check out.

Delivery of a standard parcel to the Isle of White is charged at £34.99 inc VAT.

Delivery Exclusions

We do not deliver to BFPO addresses, Ireland, the Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or any other country outside of Mainland UK - We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note: If you choose to purchase a product for forward delivery to an address outside our delivery area; should the item require any kind of repair or replacement, we can only collect the product from an UK address.

Delivery Surcharges

Please note couriers do add additional surcharges to some postcodes; this is completely dependent on the zone in which your postcode falls. To confirm the cost of delivery please add the items you wish to purchase to your basket where you can enter your postcode for a delivery quote.

For delivey of low value/small items within the above postcodes, we may be able to send them via Royal Mail (size and weight dependant) please email us for a quote.

Delivery Schedule

Items in stock are normally despatched within 24 hours on a 1-3 day carrier service. Out of stock items are typically available within 7 working days, our customer service department will contact you if we foresee any delays beyond this, with the option to cancel or change your order. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is despatched and a following e-mail will include your order consignment number and carrier contact details to track the delivery. Please note we can not be held responsible for any orders delayed in the carrier service as this is simply beyond our control. All orders need to be signed for and cannot be left without a signature. Deliveries are sometimes sent direct from the manufacturer / UK importer.

Important Notice

If parcels are damaged or items are missing you should either refuse the delivery completely or sign for the parcels as being 'DAMAGED' If the number of parcels do not match or correspond to the consignment note, this must be stated as 'SHORT DELIVERY' It is your responsibility to ensure that the actions above are followed BEFORE SIGNING. Mistakes cannot be rectified once the number of packages has been signed for. All carrier related damages and discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 working days. We will not be responsible for any carrier-related damage or loss reported outside of this 2-day period.

Cancellation / Returns

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the order in writing by fax, letter or e-mail within 14 working days after the day on which the goods are received. Without giving a reason and the full price and delivery charge will be refunded.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product. The product should be returned as soon as reasonably practicable. Should you fail to do so, we are entitled to charge you for the costs of recovery of the goods. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.

If on return of any product during the cancellation period it is not received in a reasonable condition this may allow us to make a claim for breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods.

All returned products of this nature are photographed on arrival at our goods in department.
Goods must be in an unused and re-saleable condition.

Where a product is returned under the cancellation provisions above we will refund the cost of the product and any order/delivery charges incurred in delivering the product to you within 30 days of receiving notice of cancellation.

Faulty Products
If the product you purchase is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described, we will offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate and in accordance with your legal rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). Any such products can be returned to us free of charge.

We will not be liable to you, whether arising as a result of breach of contract or in tort or otherwise for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising as a result of any problem in relation to the goods, although this does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All online transactions that are processed on a secure server will always display the golden padlock in the bottom right hand corner of your computer screen. Also, https:// will show in the address bar. All credit card numbers are encrypted and are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
