Dust Collectors

Designed to help create a cleaner, safer working environment by capturing harmful wood dust before it spreads. Whether you need a compact unit for a small workspace or a high capacity model for a busy environment, there is a SIP dust collector to suit you. The SIP range starts at 0.5 Microns and moves up to 5 Microns (model dependant).

Microns are important when it comes to dust collectors as a micron is one millionth of a meter, a critical measurement for dust collectors as it determines the size of the particles that can be trapped preventing spread. The smallest particles could cause you the most damage.

Starting with the smallest model, the 01923, is designed for high filtration and vacuum collection down to 0.5µmm, this uses a paper bag filtration. We then move on to a range of 5 micron (bag) dust collectors that are easy to use and fit and with the castor wheels easy to move around the workshop.  The double collector will collect 2 x 5 microns one on each side. The high filtration models, down to 1 Micron (with cartridge) are available as a wall mounted model or in single and twin collector floor standing models.

All of these machines come with brushless induction motors. As with most SIP machinery the dust collectors come with a 2 year warranty and are built with efficiency and ease of use in mind.
