Ideal for heating and releasing rusted-on or hard-to-move parts such as nuts, bolts and fastenings, this high quality SIP handled induction heater kit is designed for garages, automotive environments and workshops. Offering an all electric process with a plug and play design to offering greater levels of safety compared to oxyacetylene and other heating methods which use a naked flame.

This kit is supplied with 4x interchangeable induction heating coils which perform a variety of heat treatment tasks with precision and ease. Designed to be easy to control and highly efficient it safely operates with a duty cycle of 2mins on and 2mins off to maintain the cooling and integrity of the induction heating coils. The intuitive one touch induction torch trigger delivers precise and reliable power when needed.

Comes complete with a 3mtr power cable, blow moulded storage/carry case and 4pc induction heating kit which includes; a 24mm helix coil (220mm L), 32mm helix coil (220mm L), Flat Coil (220mm L x 65mm W) and 800mm length flexi-induction lead.

Helix Coil is suitable for heating and releasing nuts, bolts and fastenings (1x ⌀ 24mm and 1x ⌀ 32mm).
Flat Coil is ideal for shrinkage when processing sheet metal or removing vehicle stickers, decals and graphics (220mm L x 65mm W).
Flexi-Induction Lead is perfect for placing around tubes, exhausts and hard-to-reach fixings (800mm L).

Standard delivery is Monday-Friday, Saturday delivery is available at a premium, if Saturday delivery is available this option will be displayed within the check out.

HOW DO I RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM?

Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of receip without reason, returns outside of this time must be discussed and agreed with [email protected] Items must be returned unused and in the original condition.

Please email [email protected] with your order information detailing the item/s you wish to return and our team will come back to you with a returns number and address to send the goods to.

Where possible please DO NOT stick labels to the original packaging, please wrap the item in a protective layer BEFORE sticking any returns label to the box. Please ensure your product is packed sufficiently well to ensure it is not damaged in transit. We recommend returning goods using a tracked courier service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost / damaged in transit to ourselves. All products will be checked in our warehouse on return and refunds are usually processed within 7 days of receipt. If you require alternative goods you should place a new order online via the website.

CAN I RETURN TO STORE

Yes! Our Buxton showroom is open to the public, simply bring the items into our showroom and the counter staff will be able to process the return for you.
