SIP Bench Grinder and Linisher

The SIP 01459 is a heavy duty dual machine offering grinding and linishing for a range of metal work jobs such as grinding, shaping and smoothing. Fitted with an 8” grinding wheel and a 2” linishing belt, the machine is bench mounted with a cast iron base and offers versatility within workshops and garage environments.

Fitted with a powerful induction motor which provides an impressive 2890 rpm, the SIP 01459 comes with an adjustable LED work light so you have a clear visibility on whichever side of the machine you are using.

On the grinder side of the machine, a 200mm x 16mm abrasive grinding wheel is fitted with has a 20mm bore centre. To get the most precise grinding and to maintain a correct working angle, a tool rest is fitted. For safety an eye shield, stone guard and spark arrestor are featured.

The linisher features a 710mm x 50mm belt which is ideal for ferrous metals including mild and tool steels including copper and brass. The linisher comes with a work table deflector to direct debris away from the work areas for safe operation. A quick release cover and internal pulley are feature for the safe and easy removal and replacement of the belt.

Standard delivery is Monday-Friday, Saturday delivery is available at a premium, if Saturday delivery is available this option will be displayed within the check out.

Delivery of a standard parcel to the Isle of White is charged at £34.99 inc VAT.

HOW DO I RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM?

Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of receip without reason, returns outside of this time must be discussed and agreed with [email protected] Items must be returned unused and in the original condition.

Please email [email protected] with your order information detailing the item/s you wish to return and our team will come back to you with a returns number and address to send the goods to.

Where possible please DO NOT stick labels to the original packaging, please wrap the item in a protective layer BEFORE sticking any returns label to the box. Please ensure your product is packed sufficiently well to ensure it is not damaged in transit. We recommend returning goods using a tracked courier service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost / damaged in transit to ourselves. All products will be checked in our warehouse on return and refunds are usually processed within 7 days of receipt. If you require alternative goods you should place a new order online via the website.

Yes! Our Buxton showroom is open to the public, simply bring the items into our showroom and the counter staff will be able to process the return for you.
