SIP Weldmate Pro 80A Inverter Plasma Cutter
The SIP Weldmate Pro 80A plasma cutter provides a safe and easy way to cut a range of materials within professional fabrication and engineering workshops, and within agricultural environments. The SIP Weldmate Pro 80 Inverter Plasma Cutter can cut and sever a range of materials including mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass and copper.
The plasma cutter can be used for cutting sheet metal and also mesh metal and has two mode settings on the control panel. Mesh metal function initiates a pulsing arc effect to help achieve a continuous cutting action while sheet metal function delivery a continuous plasma arc for a smooth and precise cut.
The Weldmate Pro 80 3 phase plasma cutter is fitted with an adjustable air regulator, to enable a consistent supply of compressed air pressure that is required, the plasma cutter has a requirement of 90psi (6bar and air and will effectively operate from a air compressor with a 100ltr tank or above.
Supplied with a 3 metre plasma torch with Euro connector, the plasma torch includes a safety guard on the trigger to prevent accidental strike up if the torch is dropped. The control panel has the option for the torch to be used in two modes, either fully manual (2T) or semi-automatic (4T). Fully manual (2T) maintains the cutting arc while the trigger is held down while semi automatic (4T) maintains the arc by pressing and releasing the trigger, this means the trigger doesn't need to be held in continuously and is ideal for applications which require longer cuts. Air check function to test the torch air supply before cutting and will clear the torch of any debris and residual moisture for a clean arc. Adjustable pre and post air functions with a timer can also be set on the easy to use control panel.
Designed with a 4th generation Inverter, the plasma cutter delivers a high output while using 80% less energy than older inverters making it energy efficient and helping operating costs. Delivering a smooth and controlled output, the SIP Weldmate Pro 80 comes with a variable control dial.
