SIP AutoPlus 200A Welder

This multi-process welder from SIP has the option to weld in MIG, TIG and ARC, the SIP 05740 inverter welder has been designed for use in garages and automotive work environments.

Offering up to 80% better energy efficiency, the SIP Weldmate Autoplus 200A comes with a 4th generation inverter technology which lowers operating costs by using less power at the same output as older inverter welders. Pure Synergic Control is also featured on this model of Welder which simplifies the welding process by adjusting the welding voltage and wire feed speed autonomously.

With a compact and portable size, the welder comes in a metal casing and fitted with a strong carry handle for easy movement around the workshop. An easy to use intuitive control panel is featured on the welder for easy use and offers an infinitely variable dial for smoother output adjustment. With an output current of 50A - 200A with a duty cycle of 200A @ 15% in MIG mode, 20A - 200A with duty cycle of 200A @ 15% in ARC mode and then 20A - 200A with a duty cycle of 200A @ 15% in TIG mode.

Welding a thickness of 0.8mm - 6.4mm material thickness while welding mild steel, the welder can be used for a range of jobs. With a wire diameter of 0.8mm - 0.9mm, the welder is compatible with both 0.7kg and 5kg welding wire spools and is supplied with interchangeable feed rollers for solid and flux-cored wire. The heavy duty aluminium wire feeder ensures smooth and consistent flow of wire to the MIG Torch.
