The SIP Weldmate Pro 200A AC/DC TIG/ARC Inverter Welder with Pulse is a versatile dual process welding machine designed for professional fabrication and engineering workshops. Offering both AC/DC TIG and ARC welding capabilities, the SIP 05795 provides excellent flexibility for a wide range of welding applications, from precision work on thin materials to demanding fabrication projects. With its adaptable current settings, this powerful inverter welder is suitable for working with aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, brass and copper.
Featuring an advanced TIG Pulse function, the SIP Weldmate Pro 200A delivers a smoother, more controlled welding arc with improved penetration and a consistent weld bead. The multi-stage pulse adjustment allows the user to fine-tune welding parameters to suit individual applications, helping to produce strong, durable welds with a clean, professional finish. Pulse functionality also helps to minimise heat distortion when working with thinner materials.
With four selectable AC waveforms, including Square, Triangular, Trapezoidal and Sine, the SIP 05795 offers exceptional control when welding different material types and thicknesses. Each waveform provides specific characteristics to suit the application, from stable arc performance and high heat input for production work to reduced distortion when welding thin materials and aluminium. The combination of flexible AC/DC output and adjustable welding parameters makes this machine particularly well suited to precision fabrication and professional workshop use.
Designed to meet the demands of regular professional use, the SIP Weldmate Pro 200A offers high duty cycles across both welding processes. It delivers TIG AC/DC output of 200A at 25%, 150A at 60% and 120A at 100%, alongside ARC output of 160A at 25%, 110A at 60% and 90A at 100%, measured at 40°C, over a 10-minute cycle.
Easy to operate, the welder features an intuitive control panel with an LED display and infinitely variable dial for precise adjustment of welding settings. With 10 programmable memory positions, users can save and quickly recall preferred settings for repeat jobs. Housed in a durable steel casing with heavy-duty carry handles, the SIP Weldmate Pro 200A is built for long-lasting performance and convenient movement around the workshop.
For additional control during TIG welding, the SIP 05727 Foot Pedal Control is available separately, allowing hands-free adjustment of the welding current for greater control over the weld pool and welding process.
