SIP 05806 Welding Fume Extractor
The SIP FX-WM is a wall mounted welding fume extraction unit with twin arm adjustable extraction. The unit is wall mounted and features a high performance, centrifugal fan enclosed within a sound proof case to provide a noise level of just 73dB(A).
The twin arms are adjustable and can be positions for wherever extraction is required. The welding fume extraction unit offers 3 stages of filters to provide 99.5% filtration rate. Stage 1 is metallic spark arrestors G25%, stage 2 is a corrugated polyester fibre pre-filter and then stage 3 is a absolute filter H13 HEPA 95.5%.
The unit is manufactured to comply with current regulations for all weldable materials including mild steel. A local exhaust ventilator (LEV) which ensures welding fumes released are controlled properly providing protection against harmful toxic fumes. This welding fume extractor has a 2500m³/hr max. flow, 1480m³/hr max. suction. Requiring a 230v input supply this SIP 05806 has a 1.5kW input power.
