SIP FX200 Welding Fume Extractor

SIP welding fume extractor safely captures mid-level concentrates of welding fumes and is ideal for use in small fabrication workshops, welding stations and within the automotive sector.

Clearing up to 99.97% of hazardous pollutants, the FX200 fume extractor uses a 3-stage internal filtration system.
Stage 1 – Multi-Layer Spark Arrestor captures larger particles such as sparks and splatter and prevents them from reaching the next stage of filtration.
Stage 2 – Primary Filter will filter out dust and fumes that are generated during the weld process, this gives better air quality in the workplace.
Stage 3 – H13 Filter is the final stage of filtration and will filter finer airborne particles down to 0.3 microns.

With a maximum flow rate of 300 mtr³ per hour, the SIP FX200 welding extractor comes with a 2 metre long hose which features a large switchable magnetic suction hood which can be tilted to easily channel fumes. The welding fume extractor is powered by a 200W digital motor which has variable speed control and easy to use controls which are illuminated, an emergency stop button is featured for safety.

Wheel mounted with an easy pull handle, the welding fume extractor can easily be moved around the work area for each job.

Standard delivery is Monday-Friday, Saturday delivery is available at a premium, if Saturday delivery is available this option will be displayed within the check out.

HOW DO I RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM?

Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of receip without reason, returns outside of this time must be discussed and agreed with [email protected] Items must be returned unused and in the original condition.

Please email [email protected] with your order information detailing the item/s you wish to return and our team will come back to you with a returns number and address to send the goods to.

Where possible please DO NOT stick labels to the original packaging, please wrap the item in a protective layer BEFORE sticking any returns label to the box. Please ensure your product is packed sufficiently well to ensure it is not damaged in transit. We recommend returning goods using a tracked courier service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost / damaged in transit to ourselves. All products will be checked in our warehouse on return and refunds are usually processed within 7 days of receipt. If you require alternative goods you should place a new order online via the website.

Yes! Our Buxton showroom is open to the public, simply bring the items into our showroom and the counter staff will be able to process the return for you.
