SIP FX100 Welding Fume Extractor
Providing efficient welding fume extraction, the SIP FX100 comes with a 3 stage filtration system and is ideal for welding stations, automotive settings and small workshops. The FX100 filters out up to 99.5% hazardous pollutants and supports HSE requirements for handling weldable materials, which helps to reduce exposure to hazardous pollutants and improve work area air quality.
Stage 1 of the three stage filtration is a Mesh Spark Arrestor which captures large particles from welding, such as sparks and spatter. Stage 2, Cylinder Cartridge filter, will filter out dust and fumes that are generated during welding process while Stage 3 is a a Carbon Filter which is the final stage and removes fume odours through absorption.
The SIP 05815 fume extractor comes with a heavy duty 2m hose which features a large magnetic suction hood that offers tilt and adjust so you can channel the area your want to capture harmful fumes. Compact and portable, the SIP FX100 is built with a powerful 1.1kW motor which provides a high flow rate of 163 metres per hour, all from a domestic 230v 13amp supply.
