This unit offers the choice of two output voltages of 12v and 24v dc. The unit has the capacity to deliver three levels enabling fast and slow charging, with a maximum 50 amp charge rate for high capacity batteries and quicker charging. Capable of delivering a maximum battery capacity of 145Ah, the unit is the ideal solution for a multitude of garage and workshop applications. The unit is fitted with an ammeter that accurately displays the current reading and heavy duty charge leads and crocodile clips that firmly grip the terminal points. Fitted with wheels and drag handle for increased portability, this professional style battery charger has dimensions of 640 x 290 x 370mm with a weight of 30kg.

Offering complete protection for the user and any batteries connected to the appliance, the charger has Class H IP21 protection with a 40 amp voltage input. Also offering the user a 500 amp start facility which is ideal for starting engines when the battery has become completely flattened. Constructed from a tough steel casing that affords the user and charger-inners complete protection, the transformer incorporates full thermal, short circuit and start overload protection for additional reliability and safety. The duty cycle of the unit is an intermittent five seconds on/one minute off.
