SIP Weldmate Pro 25298 Spot Welder
The SIP Weldmate Pro SW150 is a portable spot welder designed for automotive bodywork, vehicle repairs and light fabrication applications. Its compact design and simple controls make it easy to use in garages and workshops where reliable sheet metal welding is required.
The SW150 can weld sheet metal up to a maximum thickness of 1.5mm + 1.5mm, making it well suited to vehicle body panels and other light sheet metal work. It is suitable for welding mild steel, stainless steel and galvanised steel.
A microprocessor controlled timer allows the welding time to be adjusted between 120 and 900ms. This gives the user greater control over the welding process and helps produce strong, repeatable welds with less heat transfer to the surrounding metal.
The soft touch control panel is simple to operate and allows the welding settings and timer to be adjusted to suit the application. The handle helps with accurate electrode positioning, while the heavy duty weld switch provides reliable operation during regular workshop use.
The SW150 uses copper chrome alloy electrodes and is supplied with a set of 16mm straight replacement electrodes. Additional electrode arms are also available separately, including a bodywork kit, providing greater flexibility for different welding applications.
Operating from a standard 230V 13A supply, the SIP Weldmate Pro SW150 is a convenient option for automotive workshops and fabrication environments without the need for a specialist power supply. A sturdy carry handle also makes it easy to move around the workshop when required.
