SIP 25113 Column Spot Welder

Simple to use column spot welder which allows single or double pulses with increased control when welding oxidised, galvanised, stainless steel and coated steels. Foot pedal operated this welder offers a 40 - 180amp DC weld current output range. Requiring a 400v (50amp) single phase power supply this SIP spot welder has a 50KVA (max) / 25KVA @25% welding power.

Featuring a 'DIGIT' electronic controller with a 5 step welding sequence, digital control panel, adjustable tip pressure and an adjustable throat depth.

The standard arm length is 340-480mm and the distance between the arms is 200mm. Accepts 1.6-5mm electrode sizes with an electrode force of 204kgF @ 304mm / 140kgF @450mm max.

This spot welder is fitted with water cooling hoses (water cooler not supplied).

Standard delivery is Monday-Friday, Saturday delivery is available at a premium, if Saturday delivery is available this option will be displayed within the check out.

Delivery of a standard parcel to the Isle of White is charged at £34.99 inc VAT.

HOW DO I RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM?

Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of receip without reason, returns outside of this time must be discussed and agreed with [email protected] Items must be returned unused and in the original condition.

Please email [email protected] with your order information detailing the item/s you wish to return and our team will come back to you with a returns number and address to send the goods to.

Where possible please DO NOT stick labels to the original packaging, please wrap the item in a protective layer BEFORE sticking any returns label to the box. Please ensure your product is packed sufficiently well to ensure it is not damaged in transit. We recommend returning goods using a tracked courier service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost / damaged in transit to ourselves. All products will be checked in our warehouse on return and refunds are usually processed within 7 days of receipt. If you require alternative goods you should place a new order online via the website.

Yes! Our Buxton showroom is open to the public, simply bring the items into our showroom and the counter staff will be able to process the return for you.
