SIP 06420 Screw Compressor
Suitable for intense and non stop operation this SIP screw compressor has been fitted with a 15hp IE3 premium efficiency motor which reduces CO2 emissions. Teamed with high performance air-ends also minimises energy costs. With low noise levels of just 69dB(A) this compressor can be installed closer to work stations to supply air where it is required. Offering a free air delivery of 53CFM with a 145psi max working pressure this air compressor has a large 500 litre air receiver.
Fitted with an EasyTronic Micro II (ETM II) electronic controller with multi-functional backlit display which shows the working pressure (off-load/load pressure), oil temperature, total working hours, on-load working hours, compressor status LED (stand-by, off-load, load) and hours remaining before maintenance. The pressure transducer modifies the working pressure of the air compressor from the ETM II controller without the need for any mechanical intervention. Fitted with a belt transmission which significantly reduces power losses and has three times the service life than that of a V belt compressor.
Easy to maintain thanks to the large oil filter and separator filter this SIP compressor can run for longer without service and at lower costs.
Complete with an integrated refrigeration dryer which is ready for instant operation.
