SIP 06416 Screw Compressor
400v (20amp) Airmate compressor with IE3 premium efficiency motor which reduces CO2 emissions. When this 15hp motor is combined with the high performance air-ends, minimises energy costs. Offering 53CFM free air delivery with a 145psi maximum working pressure this compressor has a 270 litre air receiver. With low noise levels of just 69dB(A), this SIP compressor can be installed closer to work stations where the air supply is required.
Designed with a belt transmission which ensures significantly lower power losses and three times the service life compares to standard "V" belt compressors. This SIP screw compressor is suitable for intense and non-stop operation; 24 hours without a drop in performance. Designed to be easy maintenance, this screw compressor has a large oil filter and separator filter to offer longer service intervals and lower costs.
Fitted with an ETM II (EasyTronicMicro II) electronic controller with multi-functional backlit display which shows the working pressure (off-load/load pressure), oil temperature, total working hours, on-load working hours, compressor status LED (stand-by, off-load, load) and hours remaining before maintenance. The pressure transducer modifies the working pressure of the air compressor from the ETM II controller without the need for any mechanical intervention.
Fitted with an integrated refrigeration dryer which is ready for instant operation.
