100% duty cycle screw air compressor ideal for non stop and intense operation; 24 hours without a drop in performance levels. Offering 75.9CFM free air delivery with 116psi maximum working pressure from 500 litre air receiver.
Fitted with a 20hp IE3 premium efficiency motor which when combined with the high performance FS26 TF air ends minimises energy costs and CO2 emissions. Fitted with spin-on type a large oil filter and separator filter offers long service intervals and lower costs for easy maintenance. Designed with low noise levels to allow this machine to be installed closer to the working area without disturbance.
The Easy Tronic Micro II electronic controller has a multi functional backlit display shows the working pressure, oil temperature, total working hours, on-load working hours, the compressor status LED and hours remaining before maintenance is required. Built with a pressure transducer allows working pressure to be modified from this electronic controller. The compressor cabinet is cooled by the axial fan to reach optimal working temperatures, this fan is controlled using the controller so no manual interference is required.
Also features star-delta starting and a belt driven transmission which significantly reduces power losses and offers three times the service life compared with V belt driven compressors.
The integrated refrigeration dryer is ready for instant operation.
