SIP 06263 Screw Compressor with Dryer
Designed for use in intense and non stop situations; 24 hours without a drop in perofmrnace, this SIP compressor is ideal for workshops. Thanks to the low noise design the compressor can be installed closer to work stations. Offering 65.3CFM free air delivery with a 500 litre air tank this compressor will supply air as and when required. Fitted with a 20hp (15kW) IE3 premium efficiency motor which reduces co2 emissions whilst when combined with high performance air-ends minimises energy costs.
The belt driven transmission which reduces power losses and offers 3 times the service life compared with a V belt fitted on other compressors on the market. Easy to maintain, this SIP screw compressor has a large oil filter and separator filter which allows long service intervals and lower costs.
The ETM II electronic controller with multi-functional backlit display which shows working pressure, oil temperature, total working hours, on-load working hours, compressor status LED, and hours remaining before maintenance is required. Fitted with a pressure transducer allows the working pressure to be modified from electronic controller without the need for mechanical interference. The compressor cabinet is cooled by the axial fan to ensure optimal temperature is achieved for efficient operation.
Fitted with an integrated refrigeration dryer which is ready for instant operation.
