SIP 06310 Screw Compressor
100% duty cycle air compressor for non stop and intense operation - 24 hours without a drop in performance levels. Offering 44.1CFM free air delivery with 116psi maximum working pressure from 270 litre air receiver.
Built with a high powered 10hp IE3 premium efficiency motor which when combined with the high performance FS26 TF air ends minimises energy costs and CO2 emissions.Designed with a large oil filter and separator filter to offer longer service intervals and lower costs whilst being easy to maintain. With low noise levels of just 68dB(A) this compressor can be installed closer to work stations to provide air supply where it's required. Requires 400v (20amp) supply.
The ETM II electronic controller with multi functional backlit display shows the working pressure, oil temperature, total working hours, on-load working hours, the compressor status LED and hours remaining before maintenance is required. The pressure transducer means the working pressure can be modified using the electronic controller and the axial fan cools the compressor cabinet to give optimal working temperatures which is also controlled using this controller so no manual interference is needed.
Featuring star-delta starting and a belt driven transmission which significantly reduces power losses and offers 3 times the service life compared with other V belt compressors.
The integrated refrigeration dryer comes ready for instant operation.
