SIP 06328 Screw Compressor
Designed for use in intense and non stop operations; 24 hours run time without a drop in performance levels this SIP compressor is ideal for workshops. With low noise levels of just 68dB(A), this compressor can be installed closer to work benches to supply air where it is required without disturbing the working environment. Offering 35.3CFM free air delivery with a maximum 145psi working pressure from a 500 litre air receiver.
The 10hp IE3 premium efficiency motor reduces CO2 emissions. Powered by a 400v (20amp) power supply this compressor features star delta starting, a belt drive transmission which reduces power losses and offers 3 times the service life compared with V belt compressors and a FS26 TF air end which has been designed and manufactured in Italy which helps minimise energy costs.
The ETM II electronic controller with multi functional backlit display which shows working pressure, oil temperature, total working hours, on-load working hours; compressor status LED and hours remaining before maintenance is required. Built with a pressure transducer allows working pressure to be modified from this electronic controller. Cooled by the axial fan this compressor runs with optimal working temperatures - this fan is also controlled by the EMT 2 controller so no manual interference is required.
Designed to be easy maintenance with a large oil filter and separator filter - both spin-on type which means long service intervals and lower costs.
Complete with a integrated refrigeration dryer which is read for instant operation.
