SIP 06283 Screw Compressor
Fantastically low noise compressor which can be installed close to workstations, the SIP 8-8-500ES compressor has been designed for intense and non stop operation; 24 hours without a drop in performance. Designed with a IE3 20hp premium efficiency motor which when combined with high performance air-ends minimises energy costs and reduces CO2 emissions.
Fitted with an ETM II electronic controller with multi functional backlit display shows the working pressure, oil temperature, total working hours, on-load working hours; compressor status LED and hours remaining before maintenance is required. This SIP screw compressor features a pressure transducer which allows the working pressure to be modified from the electronic controller.
Featuring a 500 litre air receiver this compressor has a 145psi maximum pressure and 65.3CFM free air delivery. Designed with a belt driven transmission which reduces power losses and offers 3 times the service life compared with standard V belt compressors. Easy to maintain this compressor is more user friendly with a large oil filter and separator filter (both spin-on type) which means long service intervals and also lower costs.
The compressor cabinet is cooled by the axial fan. Built with integrated refrigerated dryer which is ready for instant operation.
