How to Claim Warranty

The warranty is provided by the manufacturers of the BBQ themselves. Should any parts need to be claimed for, these will be sent directly to you from the manufacturers.

If you purchased your BBQ from World of Power or World of BBQ’s please email [email protected] with the following information.

Your order number / billing postcode
BBQ serial number
Information on the issue
Supporting images

Once we have all of the above information we can deal with the manufacturers on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.

Outback BBQ Warranty Claims

For BBQ’s purchased from ourselves you can follow the process above OR you can fill out the warranty claim form directly on Outback’s website directly by clicking here. If you purchased your BBQ from another Outback BBQ dealer you will need to go back to the dealer you purchased from or Outback’s warranty claim form here.
