The SIP WELDMATE® PRO 140A ARC/TIG Inverter Welder is a compact and lightweight dual process welder designed for professional fabrication workshops and a wide range of welding applications. Offering both ARC and Lift TIG welding, it provides flexible welding performance for mild steel, stainless steel and dissimilar steels.

With a welding output of 10A to 140A and a duty cycle of 140A @ 30%, the Weldmate Pro 140A is suitable for welding material from approximately 1.6mm to 7mm thick. Operating from a standard 230V 13A supply, it provides a convenient and flexible welding solution for workshops and work areas where portability is important.

The 4th generation inverter technology provides over 80% energy efficiency compared to older inverter technology, helping to reduce power consumption and operating costs. The welder is also fully compliant with EU Regulation 2019/1784 for the Eco Design of Welding Equipment.

Synergic Control automatically adjusts the welding current according to the selected electrode diameter, helping to achieve the correct welding output for improved penetration and bead formation. The electrode selector allows 1.6mm, 2mm, 2.5mm and 3.2mm electrode diameters to be selected, making it easier to achieve the appropriate welding current for the application.

The Weldmate Pro 140A features a clear LCD screen and intuitive control panel with an infinitely variable control dial, allowing smooth and precise adjustment of the welding output. Hot Start provides a short burst of additional current to improve arc ignition and help with penetration when welding thicker materials. Anti Stick helps prevent the electrode from sticking to the workpiece, while ARC Force helps stabilise the arc for greater welding control and improved welding performance.

A Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) is also included to help prevent accidental arc strike-up. The Lift TIG function provides additional welding versatility and allows TIG welding when used with a compatible gas valve TIG torch. The TIG torch is not included, with SIP item 08206A recommended.

Built with a durable metal casing and heavy-duty carry handle, the Weldmate Pro 140A has a compact and lightweight design that makes it easy to move around the workshop or between work areas.

The SIP WELDMATE® PRO 140A is supplied with a 3m electrode lead, 3m earth lead and welding hammer/brush, providing the essential accessories needed to get started.
