SIP Weldmate Pro 200A Inverter Welder

The SIP Weldmate Pro 200A is a dual process inverter welder with the option to weld TIG and ARC for a range of application within a professional fabrication workshop for sheet welding in mild steel and stainless steel.

Compact and lightweight in size, the SIP Weldmate Pro 200A offers 200A @ 30% duty cycle with output current of 10A-200A in TIG, with 160A @30% duty cycle with 10A-160A output current in MMA. It can weld a material thickness of 0.5mm - 7mm in TIG and 1.5mm to 8mm in MMA in mild steels.

Featuring an 8 stage TIG welding sequence for Pre and Post Gas to provide a high quality, clean weld. This sequence give an enhance customisation and give you control over the welding current output and the welding parameters. While the Pre and Post gas timer helps to protect against oxidation during welding process which cold leave the weld contaminated and brittle, it also ensures the tungsten electrode is protected at the start and end of the weld, reducing the risk of tungsten contamination.

The 'Peak' and 'Base' welding currents can easily be adjusted to vary the amount of heat going into the workpiece and 'Pulse Frequency' determine the number of pulse cycles applied to each weld. To control the ratio that each cycles spends between peak and base welding currents the SIP 05695 features 'Pulse Duty'. All these settings can be adjusted by the ease to use and clear control panel with LED display.

The Welder comes with a 3 metre TIG torch which can be set in manual (2T) or semi automatic (4T) mode. High frequency mode in TIG provides easy ARC striking.

230v 16amp supplied required.
