16Amp SIP WELDMATE 160A is a compact and versatile 3 in 1 Mig Tig and Arc welder designed for serious DIY users, garages and small workshops. it gives you the flexibility to choose the right welding process for the job.
When used in MIG mode, the WELDMATE can also operate gasless, making it a practical choice for users who want to get started without the need for a separate gas cylinder.
With a 20A–160A output range in MIG mode and 20A–140A in ARC and TIG modes, the welder is suitable for material thicknesses of approximately 0.8mm to 6mm. The infinitely variable control allows smooth adjustment of the welding output, giving you greater control rather than being restricted to fixed power settings.
The durable wire feed system is designed for consistent wire delivery and comes with interchangeable feed rollers for both solid and flux-cored wire. It accepts 0.7kg and 5kg wire spools, making it suitable for both smaller jobs and longer periods of welding.
The WELDMATE 160A uses 4th generation inverter technology, offering over 80% energy efficiency and helping to reduce power consumption and running costs compared with older inverter technology. It is also fully compliant with EU Regulation 2019/1784 (Eco Design for Welding Equipment).
Compact and lightweight with a built-in carry handle, the WELDMATE is easy to move around the workshop or take from one job to another. It is supplied with the essential accessories needed to start gasless MIG welding straight from the box.
Remember this is 16amp machine it cannot be plugged straight in and does require a larger wire and an electrician.

To ensure you are good to go from the outset this machine comes with all you need to Mig weld gas less as it comes supplied with. 1x 2mtr integrated MIG torch, 1x 3mtr electrode lead, 1x 3mtr earth lead, 1x 3mtr gas hose with clamps, 1x 0.7kg flux-cored wire reel, 2x feed rollers, 2x contact tips, 1x torch spanner, 1x chipping hammer/brush and 1x face shield.
A TIG torch is available separately – SIP Item 08206A recommended.

In order to use disposable gas you will need to purchase a regulator (04030) & Adapter Kit (WE02-00950) along with your chosen gas (Sold Separately)
