SIP 06384 Screw Compressor
Designed for intense and non-stop operation; 24 hours without a performance drop this compressor is ideal for demanding environments. With a 15hp IE3 premium efficiency motor which when combined with high performance air-ends, minimises energy costs and furthermore reduces CO2 emissions. The low noise levels of just 64dB(A) allows the machine to be installed closer to working areas. Requires a 400v (20amp) supply.
Offering 58.2CFM free air delivery with a max 116psi pressure from a 270 litre air receiver. With a belt driven transmission which reduces power losses and offers 3 times the service life compared with V belt type compressors. The FS26 TF air end id designed and manufactured entirely in Italy
The ETM II electronic controller with multi functional backlit display which shows working pressure, oil temperature, total working hours, on-load working hours; compressor status LED and hours remaining before maintenance is required. Built with a pressure transducer allows working pressure to be modified from this electronic controller. The compressor cabinet is cooled by the axial fan to reach optimal working temperatures, this fan is controlled using the ETM2 controller also so no manual interference is required.
For the end user, this SIP compressor has been designed to be easy to maintain with a large oil filter and separator filter (both spin-on type) means long service intervals and lower costs.
