SIP 06412 Screw Compressor
High quality screw compressor from SIP, fitted with a 15hp IE3 premium efficiency motor. Designed with a 270 litre air receiver, offering 58.2CFM free air delivery with a maximum pressure of 116psi. The IE3 moor reduces CO2 emissions and when teamed with the high performance air-ends minimises energy costs. Fitted with a belt drive transmission which ensures significantly lower power losses and three times the service life compares to standard V belt compressors.
Perfect for non stop and intense operation this compressor has 100% duty cycle; 24 hours without a drop in the performance levels. With low noise levels of just 64dB(A) this compressor can be installed closer to workstations where an air supply is required. Easy maintenance, this SIP compressor features a large oil filter and separator filter; both spin-on type which offers longer service intervals and lower costs.
Fitted with an ETM II (EasyTronicMicro II) electronic controller with multi-functional backlit display which shows the working pressure (off-load/load pressure), oil temperature, total working hours, on-load working hours, compressor status LED (stand-by, off-load, load) and hours remaining before maintenance. The pressure transducer is also modified from this electronic controller to modify the working pressure of the air compressor without the need for any mechanical intervention.
Fitted with an integrated refrigerated dryer which is ready for instant operation.
