My order has arrived and an item is faulty, what should I do?

If the product you purchase is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described, we will offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate and in accordance with your legal rights. Please email enquiries@sipuk.co.uk with your order information and a description of the issue and any images support the fault so our team can swiftly assist you in rectifying the fault.
