I will not be home for the delivery, what will happen?

For parcel deliveries the courier will leave you a card with their details and consignment number giving full information on how to re-arrange the delivery.

For pallet deliveries the courier service will only attempt delivery once, delivery slots are an all-day service we cannot guarantee a time unfortunately. Should no one be home to accept delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
